Michele Holliday

I have been practicing yoga and pilates for 9 years now. I was asked by Health Directions staff members if I was interested in teaching group fitness so I completed the group fitness instructor training in 1999 and began teaching a body sculpt class in 2000. Two years later I started teaching a yoga class and then a pilates class. I currently teach Anusara style yoga and PHI group mat pilates classes.
