I have been teaching in the pool for over 20 years. I started teaching during High School and taught throughout my college years. I began teaching again after having kids because I found it was a great way to have a career and stay in shape! I have been married to my husband Pete for 17 years and we have to great kids, Nate and Alex. I enjoy teaching people with varied fitness levels and provide a fun, intense workout that everyone can do.
