I have a BS in Dental Hygiene and have had Spinning Certification for almost 5 years now teachng at a Country Club and our local YMCA. I also teach Circuit Training to 12 ladies at my home twice a week. I have been involved in the health care field for 22years and enjoy all aspects of health fitness.
