Victoria Phillips

I have been physically active my whole life and about six years ago decided to become trained as a group fitness instructor.  As a member of a club, I always enjoyed taking classes and decided to take the passion and make it into a career.  I quickly fell in love.  For me teaching isn't a job, it's what I love.  I get to be part of the transformation people undergo as they join the gym and take an active role in their health and well being.  I found I loved teaching group fitness so much that I decided to make it more personal and become a trainer as well.  Currently I spend approximately twenty hours a week (after working my full time job) teaching and training.  My class schedule currently consists of spin, pilates, cardio kickboxing and a hi/lo cardio based class.
