I am a retired military pilot, and have been teaching Hatha Yoga, Tai-Chi and Qigong for over thirteen years.  I have owned and operated two successful Hatha Yoga Studios.  I teach a wide variety of styles from restorative, vinyasa flow, and meditation.  I am a 500 hour E-RYT.  My training and certifications are in Bikram, Barkan Method Vinyasa(300 hour), Restorative, Hatha and Meditation(200 hour).  People are my passion, as well as scuba diving and flying.  My classes are fun and adaptable to beginners and advanced students alike.  In addition to teaching, I am also a full time graduate student at Wake Forest University School of Divinity.
