Kirsten Buchanan

With an educational background in Sports Medicine from Old Dominion University, Kirsten Buchanan has over 30 years in the fitness and wellness industry.  Kirsten has worked as a Fitness Director with Cunard Cruise Lines, Senior Instructor and Personal Trainer for the world renowned "Golden Door" in San Diego, California.  She has also offered her expertise to their sister resort, "Rancho La Puerta" in Tecate, Mexico.  A member and representative for "Fit Bodies Inc.", Kirsten provides her own signature classes to luxiourious resorts worldwide.  With fitness as her life's work, Kirsten is a seasoned exercise specialist offering a knowledge base of over 30 class types.  She is a mother of 3 with a passion for all things outdoors.  A true wanderlust at heart.
