Cindy Medlock has 21 years experience teaching Group Exercise. She is nationally certified and teaches several formats that include: Cycling, Step, Kickboxing/Boxing, Pilates, Sculpting classes, BootCamp Zumba. She is dedicated to furthering her knowledge that allows her to offer a wealth of knowledge to those who attend her classes. She also tries to bring new and challenging ways to enjoy group exercise.
She is also a Certified Personal Trainer of 10 years.
  Growing up in the Eastern part of Washington State she is a lifelong all around indoor/outdoor athlete enjoying many sports. She loves the challenge that fitness brings and her philosophy is:  "Staying fit doesn't have to be complicated or confusing." "It should be fun and enjoyable that way you'll stick with it."
