California girl fell in Love with an Idaho Boy so I live in Idaho.  I live in Nampa, Id ( just outside of Boise). I have exercised all of my life but when I found yoga I was hooked. I found amazing benefits to practicing yoga. My life now revolves around it and I could not be more centered and balanced. I strive to bring centering and  breathwork as well as a rigorous vinyasa style flow to my class. I truly enjoy teaching and sharing yoga both on and off the mat.
