I have been involved with fitness most of my life. I enjoy running, biking, hiking, weight training, swimming & Cross Country Skiing. I have run a few half marathons, many 10K's and participated in several triathlons. I have been teaching water fitness since 1992 and enjoy both shallow water classes as well as deep water classes. I became involved with Pilates after a shoulder injury in 1996. I began teaching mat classes in 1998. That same year, I decided to add personal personal training to my resume. I get tremendous satisfaction from seeing my clients/students acheive their personal fitness goals. I looking forward to combining my love of the tropics with my love of fitness!
