I started really working out at 17 years old. The transformations I made with my body using weights have stayed with me now for over (ahem!) 20 years! Muscle truly does have memory and after 2 children, I can verify that working out has never been easier or more satisfying.

I have my own clientele as a personal trainer, as well as a organizing a networking committee called Montreal Women's Fitness and Well Being, where we number close to 200 members!

I also teach BarreTone Method using weights and the ballet barre, kettlebells and Pilates.

Combining my love of fitness, as well as travel? The absolute best combination!
