I'm a Mexican girl living in the UK. I started teaching Hi-Lo and Step classes in 1995 in Mexico. I moved to Scotland in 2005 where I re-started teaching fitness classes in 2008. First program I taught in the UK was Zumba, followed by Zumba Gold, Zumba for Kids, Kettlercise, Aqua aerobics, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Step and many other programs some of them included Les Mills. I started training as a L3 Mat Pilates instructor in 2013 completing my training with Distinction in 2014. In 2016 i trained as a Yoga Instructor, the classes were based on Ashtanga yoga however my certificate shows I am certified in Hatha Raja Yoga. The training was mainly based in the ashtanga practice, therefore I teach two different type of classes, one is a gentle Vinyasa flow and the other one is a class based on the ashtanga primary series.
I teach a variety of pilates classes: the pilates ring workout, bender ball pilates, barre pilates and pilates for runners.
I also teach Strong30.
I speak fluent English, Portuguese and some Italian.
My mother language is Spanish.
