Teri Daggett

Teri Daggett, a Kripalu yoga instructor and retreat director on Amelia Island, Florida, has a love and passion for leading others to a holistic lifestyle. Her business, RejuVacations, has offered a number of retreats and yoga programs for resorts and residences in Northeast Florida. Students love the Kripalu foundation of Teri's teachings blended with a strong or gentle vinyasa flow.  Teri has been mentoring students and teachers in training at the Discovery Yoga training center in St.Augustine, FL, and has a desire to share her love and passion for yoga with others throughout the world!
