Alex Jaffe

My name is Alex Jaffe.  I have been training clients daily for over three years in a private facility located in New City, NY, roughly 35 mninutes north of Manhattan.  An interest in health and nutrition lead me to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2007, where I became a certified health counselor. After graduating from IIN, I completed my NASM personal training certification and started my training career at a New York Sports Club in Manhattan.

Soon after my training career started, referrals filled up my schedule quickly enough for me to open my own studio. I have been training there for roughly three years and feel very greatful to be doing something I love. Although my professional career started less than four years ago, it is an entire lifetime of experiences that I bring to the table in my training.
