I have always loved being active, and danced for 12 years of my life. I then began taking yoga classes and loved that it challenged me both mentally and physically. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training through the Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, IL in 2006, and have been teaching small group and private yoga classes ever since. In addition to yoga, I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been in practice since 2005. The combination of massage and yoga gives me a deeper understanding and respect for the mind/body connection. I love teaching and working with people from all walks of life!
