Robina's classes are infused with creative flows which focus on strengthening, flexibility, concentration and awareness of breath.
Coming from a background of holistic nutrition and body-work therapies, she expanded her passion for the healing arts by completing her yoga certification in India. She then went on to further her training in Traditional Ashtanga Yoga at AYC in Toronto.
All levels of practitioners will enjoy Robina's classes as she demonstrates how to embrace where you are in your practice, and guide you beyond self-imposed limitations. Her high spirit is uplifting, bringing with it encouragement, helping to shine light on your personal path to self-transformation.
