Mandy Downey

My name is Mandy and I am looking for a way to combine my passion of fitness and traveling into a career I really enjoy.  I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer.  Inspiring others to lead a healthy balanced life of fitness and fun is truly my passion.  I currently teach outdoor bootcamp classes, bridal party bootcamps, and wedding day workouts.  I have taught classes that include tone and sculpt, abs, and "Mommy and Me."  I love helping clients reach their goals and have fun while doing it!  I believe workouts should be challenging, yet enjoyable.  In order to make a change that lasts a lifetime, you need to change your attitude.  In addition to helping people to feel and look better, I also love traveling!  I spent some time in Australia, Thailand and New Zealand, and am constantly looking for a new adventure!
