Alice Granovsky

Born in Russia, I moved to Toronto, Canada at the age of 7. I began my training as a classical ballet dancer at the age of 9 with The National Ballet School of Canada and thus began her passion for the art of movement. Upon graduation, I began my career in classical ballet in Seattle, WA at The Pacific Northwest Ballet Company. It was there that I was introduced to the technique of pilates, as a method of contrology, concentration, precision and centering that served me well in my professional dancing. An injury prevented me from continuing my classical ballet career and I had decided to go into the health and bodywork field.
