I guide my Yoga students to learn about themselves by going inside. I create a supportive environment in which my students can explore, engage and restore. In my cardio and sculpting classes I bring the most innovative techniques and styles from New York City's cutting-edge fitness facilities. I challenge and inspire students to connect mind and body to get most out of their workout experience.
