Nicole Rasheed

Fitness has always been a passion of man and what a thrill to go to work everyday loving what you do and motivating people to love to exercise!  I can't imagine doing anything else, besides traveling a little more, and what a great opportunity you provide us with, I can do both of my favorite things, travel and teach group fitness classes. 

I have attended many fitness conventions, keep up to date with the latest and greatest programs out there to date and I feel have impacted many people over the years.  Changing their lives and inspired some to become instructors as well.  Such a rewarding career.
