Please tell us about yourself!
I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 15 years. My love for fitness in any form transpires to all my clients and members who take my classes. I’m very passionate about what I do and love to see others strive to be their personal best .I currently teach many different formats such as : Pilates, strength and conditioning, spin, boot camp, core/abs, water aerobics and stretching/flexibility. In addition to , I am a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. My goal is to create a fun and positive experience for all!
