I am an elemenatry school teacher as well as a group fitness instructor.  I am certified by LesMills to teach BodyPump, which is a trademarked class. In a facility that does not have a license for LesMills group fitness classes, I would motify to a Body Sculpt or Boot Camp class. I am a certified Spin instructor & stay current by participating in online Spinning continuing education courses.
