Rebecca is passionate about Yoga and fitness! Fifteen years ago, Rebecca became dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life by becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Introduced to Yoga through her fitness background, she became thirsty for more knowledge in this ancient practice. She is a 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher and Level II YogaFit instructor, and has studied with Dean Lerner in the advanced method of Iyengar Yoga. Rebecca has been certified for Personal Training through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)l She also held certificates through AFAA in Aerobics Instruction, Resistance, Step, and Weight Training. Rebecca is also a certified Spinning, Group Power, Integrated Stretching, TRX, and Pilates Instructor. Rebecca finds her knowledge in all the various disciplines to be a great combination for her private clients and is able to incorporate that into what her clients desire and need. She has a passion for teaching her clients the safest and most effective manner of exercise for them. Everyone in her group exercise classes feel as if they have her personal attention. Her motto is “Be safe and have fun!”
