Vivian Williams- Kurutz

Vivian is the Director of the New Song/Harlem Center for Healthy Living and maintains a private practice in New York. A long-time health enthusiast she is passionate about educating, motivating and supporting individuals in acquiring sustainable life-long healthy living practices. Since 2004, Vivian has been teaching yoga in New York in spa, corporate and studio settings. Through exposure and experiential living, Vivian’s clients develop sensitivity and connectedness with their body via transformative thinking and employing practical strategies in everyday living. Vivian draws from her background as a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Health Consultant, Balanced Living Counselor and Healing Body worker to create a path tailored for each individual client’s success.
