David Yaste

I have been an avid outdoor cyclist for many years and have participated in spinning classes for many years as well.   I received my spinning certification in January 2010 via Johnny G. Spinning certification seminar.   I have been teaching classes for the past 6 months at two local clubs and have enjoyed this venue.    It has taken me to a different level of Fitness.   When traveling I always take advantage of the exercise classes that are offered.   On one of my recent cruises I took advantage of the spinning classes they offered.
