Darcie Adams resides in Duanesburg, NY with her very supportive husband (Tom) and three wonderful children. (Taylor, Hannah, Brittany)

I have been in the fitness industry professionally since 1998. I first started out as an instructor of numerous different formats and clubs. Now one of my main focuses is being the Health and Fitness Director of the Duanesburg Area Community Center. I have held this position for the past 9+ years.

I have a passion for health and fitness that has driven me to stay up to date with all the new formats of classes and trainings each year. I have been told that I have a fun loving energy that explodes in my classes. Every class is a party and I'm your host!!  Not only do you receive a safe and effective workout, but also you don’t realize how fast the time goes by. Every client/member leaves feeling that they have accomplished one more step to their fitness goals. This is what keeps them coming back for more each week. MY favorite classes to teach are SPINNING, Boot Camp, Sculpting and Personal Training.
