Melodye Wintemute

I have been married for 28 years. My husband Jeff and I have two children -son Kory 23 and daughter Kamber 19. Our family lives in Yorba Linda, California. I have two sisters. My older sister Michelle and my identical twin sister Ileane. We all live in Yorba Linda so it's nice to be near family. I started out going to the gym to kill time while my children were in school and found myself just loving it. It started as a hobby and somehow it turned into my way of life. I love staying healthy and I love making a difference in people's lives. People come up to me all the time after my class and say thank you. Wow, that makes it all worth it. I do what I love and I if I can help just one person, then my day has been made! I have made some of my dearest friends through this journey of fitness.
