My background in fitness spans over a period of 30 years moving through the industry in many different programs. My experience covers almost all forms of group fitness, specifically, step, strength training, general aerobics, cycling and yoga. My true passion is indoor cycle and enjoy yoga infused with that particular class. I have been group supervisor on two different occasions in 2 different states. Those 2 jobs involved hiring instructors as well as structuring the programs at each facility. Currently I teach 2 cycle classes a week and because I have chosen to cut my schedule back to travel, that is all that I want to do, but am always available to sub classes.
