I am an experienced educator that enjoys teaching in the classroom as well as in fitness facilities, and in the outdoors.  I enjoy all forms of athletic endevors including x-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, running, mountain and road biking, kayaking, and swimming.

I have completed 4 marathons, 8 triathlons, and 2 adventure races.  There is seldom a day that goes by that I am not outside enjoying one of the above sports.  My interest and committment to yoga has enabled me to continue with all sports generally pain and injury free. 

I enjoy sharing my passion for yoga and cycling in the classes that I presently teach.  My yoga classes are a flow focus, and include my own pick of music and routines. My spin classes are upbeat and offer an alternate fitness workout to every level of athlete.  I also teach a very special Spinyoga class which  includes an hour spin class, followed by a 1/2 hour yoga session.

My passion for sport, the outdoors, and sharing my enthusiasm of fitness are truly the qualities I wish to share with newcomers to the fitness world as well as athletes who are looking for something to enhance their training.
