Beth
grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. At a young age she gained
her love for fitness and sports by playing soccer and watching hockey.
After graduating from college, she jumped into her fitness career by
managing a women’s fitness center. She moved on to work in Corporate
Wellness and served Chrysler World Headquarters’ employees as a Health
Fitness Professional. When the opportunity to move out West came up,
Beth took a position as a trainer for the United States Air Force at
Edwards Air Force Base in California. Beth has over 5 years of personal
training and group exercise experience and has enjoyed the opportunity to deal with a wide
spectrum of clients ranging from novice exercisers to pro athletes. She
sees each client as an individual and helps clients get results by
emphasizing healthy lifestyle changes. Beth has a patient demeanor, yet
demands hard work and dedication from her clients. She is always looking for new ways to motivate clients to get the best possible workout!
