My name is Patti Ruhle and am married with 4 children, my oldest is 25 and youngest is 17.   I have a passion for the fitness industry and am big into fitness and eating healthy, I am certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Training and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant.  I also am a certified Group Fitness Instructor and have been leading exercise classes for over 6 years.  I believe in keeping up-to-date with new fitness trends and information.  At least once a year I attend industry related classes or seminars.  My newest passion is Group Cycling and I plan to begin leading classes in October.  I have competed in many 5k's, 10K's, a 1/2 marathon and a dualathalon.  I would love the opportunity to share my enthusiasm and expertise with fellow vacationers!
