Troy Titus-Adams

I have been in the health and wellness business off and on for over 15 years.  I started teaching group fitness in New York and was employed by Jack Lalanne Gyms teaching over 15 classes a week.

I  moved into Personal Training 7 years ago whilst living in London, England.  I moved to Los Angeles in 2007 immediately started teaching for LA Fitness.  I have since gained my NASM CPT certification and AFAA primary group fitness certification.

I am also a keen martial artist and study a variety of disciplines including Muay Thai (kick Boxing) Filipino weaponry and a ground fighting art called Silat.

I am currently an Activities Director at LA Fitness and oversee the group fitness instructors and classes at 9 Southern Californian locations.

I  currently train 20 regular clients as their Personal Trainer.
