Rachel Gilmore has been a certified fitness instructor since May 2000. Over the years she has taught kickboxing, boot camp, step, spinning, hi/lo, strength and core. She is certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Mad Dogg Athletics (Spinning). She believes that fitness is a way of life and should be a routine, just as waking up in the morning.
