International fitness and health expert Haley Borden is the creator of Pilatecize™. Haley has trained celebrities, and professional athletes such as The Toronto Blue Jays who hired Haley to teach Pilatecize™ to their trainers and the team at their spring training camp in Dunedin, Florida.

The Rolling Stones as they rehearsed in Toronto for two of their recent world tours.

Haley has developed “Pilatecize™ for Golf” and has worked with renowned Magna Golf Course and PGA golfers

Haley is a motivational speaker and has spoken at the prestigious Idea city Conference in Toronto, She has spoken throughout Canada and the US about the many benefits of Pilatecize for today’s busy professional.   

A former faculty member of Ryerson University, Haley is a Lululemon ambassador and a T.V. spokes-person. Haley is a certified Pilates Instructor, personal trainer, register 200hr RYT-yoga instructor, natural -health nutritionist, spinning instructor, and an aqua fitness instructor. Haley has completed marathons, triathlons and is an adventure sport enthusiast. Her Pialtecize workout has kept her fit, flexibile ,and injury free.
