I have a passion for fitness and health. I enjoy developing fitness programs for all fitness levels by listening to clients and create programs that suit each individual. I believe form is the most important part of exercise and demonstrate proper techniques for each exercise then add the weight. I help clients achieve their fitness goals by educating them on nutrition and exercise and affect change in their lives through coaching. I live by what I teach, I am a figure competitor and practice what I preach. I am constantly educating myself on new training styles and techniques to excite members to reach their goals.
