Tetyana Zabroda

In 2005 I began practicing Hatha yoga while being a student at the university and upon discovering the benefits of a regular yoga practice for myself decided that I would like share it with others. Since then I've been introduced to Ashtanga, Kundalini, Raja, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles. In 2009 I became certified as a Les Mills BodyFlow instructor, a discipline which combines Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. In April of 2010 I became certified as a Yin Yoga instructor through Santosha Yoga studio in Ottawa. In addition to my daily yoga practice, I enjoy skiing, cycling, running and weight lifting. In August of 2010 I added hiking to a list of my interests after vacationing in Peru and hiking to the top of a 4800 ft mountain. In addition, I am currently CPR Level C certified. Although my interests lie in a fitness industry, I hold an accounting degree and work as an auditor. In addition, I am fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and have some knowledge of Spanish.
