I have been teaching group fitness classes for over a year now (consistently, ranging from 1-4 times a week).  I have taught a range of age groups, mostly female.  I have concentrated a lot on Zumba, Dance Fitness/Cardio Dance classes, but I am up for anything!  Additionally, I am a certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and I am always accepting clients for Nutritional Counselling, Consulting, & Coaching.  Finally, I am the Administrator and Scheduling Director for a Fitness & Wellness company in Toronto that specializes in providing corporate wellness programs as well as in-home personal training. 

I am honoured and delighted to be a part of the Fitness Industry and I am whole-heartedly committed to motivating, inspiring, and creating positive changes in as many lives as possible - while having a great time!  I would absolutely love the opportunity to work for Fit-Pro-Travel and teach abroad!
