Nicole Robinson

     Nicole has over twenty two years in the health and fitness industry. Nicole started her career teaching various cardiovascular exercise classes, ranging from high/low aerobics, toning, aqua and step aerobic classes. Shortly after, she began working as a certified personal fitness trainer.

 

 

    

     Over the years, Nicole has attained a number of certifications from some of the world’s top fitness companies with special training in the areas of nutrition, stress management and senior and youth fitness. She also worked as a physical education teacher, volleyball and track and field coach. Nicole competed in the National Aerobic Championship, appeared in several fitness magazines, and holds two regional titles in the Ms. Fitness USA competition.

 

 

 

 

     Nicole holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, a minor in Human Development and a Masters Degree in Education and Cross-Cultural Teaching. Nicole currently works as a group fitness instructor, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, AFAA Fitness Practitioner and AFAA Fitness and Specialty workshop presenter.

 

    

    Nicole’s focus is on helping clients use their time effectively and efficiently. By using the safest and most proven training methods of fitness: exercise and nutrition; you will develop a firmer, toner and shapelier YOU!
