Katrina OConnell

I have always been active within the fitness industry, first as a member of a health club, then as an owner of multiple clubs, and now as a group ex instructor and personal trainer.  My husband and I have raised three boys who are now all out on their own and we are enjoying our time alone.  We work out regularly together and are looking forward to traveling more.
