Four and a half years ago, I decided to take my love of fitness to the next level by becoming certified to teach group classes. While most of my classes are spinning, I also enjoy teaching a variety of classes such as bootcamp, bodysculpting and aqua. Last summer, I decided to start riding outside and did two charity rides--a century (100 miles) and a double century (200 miles). I'm always looking for ways to keep challenging myself and my class members. My next goal is to become a personal trainer by spring so I'm currrently studying for the NASM certification.
