Ready for a high energy workout with a fun and fit fitness enthusiast? I enjoy working out with participants to ensure their safe and energizing workout. I am certified in indoor cycling (SPIN) and Pilates-Yoga. My regular teaching schedule includes class instruction in Spin, HIIT, Boot Camp, Yoga Stretch, Power Yoga and Pi-Yo. I enjoy outdoor running (and 5k or 10k races), road cycling and also play indoor soccer. I look forward to meeting you on my next vacation!
