            I am currently a fitness instructor for the YMCA of Delaware in Dover, Delaware.  I have been involved in group exercise and weight training for more than 20 years.  I teach various types of fitness classes, including Pilates, Body Pump, and RPM.  I am extremely involved with my gym, and I thrive from teaching others exercise routines.  I thoroughly enjoy the improvement of the participants in my classes, and I love hearing the success stories of weight loss and muscle gain.  
I exercise seven days a week, utilizing both the fitness center and group exercise classes (including spinning and weight classes).  I would be very excited with the opportunity to provide exercise services at a resort.
