With over 25 years of combined dance and fitness experience, I bring a unique combination of skills to my fitness classes. I currently teach muscle conditioning, interval, Body Step and Hi/Low aerobic classes. I am a Master level comprehensive certified Pilates Instructor and also the owner of Performance Pilates and Yoga, a full service Pilates and Yoga studio outside of Boston. We teach beginner thru advanced and beyond private pilates equipment sessions (reformer, cadillac and chair) and group mat classes. I teach an average of 2-3 aerobics classes and 25-30 pilates sessions a week as well as participating in weekly training for pilates. I am certified through AFAA, Body Training Systems, Physical Mind, PowerHouse Pilates and Peak Pilates. I am currently First-Aid and CPR certified.
