Athletics and fitness have been a part of my entire life! As a tomboy with 2 older athletic brothers, I naturally participated and joined team sports including volleyball, soccer, basketball, and track. Running in college lead to participating in races including a handful of half-marathons, Olympic distance triathlon, and the NYC Marathon. In fact, I am currently training for the 2010 NYC Marathon. The importance of cross training led to my interest in spinning when I was a college student, 7 years ago, and I have been spinning religiously since. The natural leader in me wanted to share my energy and love for spinning with others, so I pursued certification through Mad Dogg Athletics. My 1 hour classes are Monday nights and Saturday morning, which works well with my work schedule of traveling Tues - Thurs or Fri nearly every week. As a regional manager of the east, I travel a lot and that is one of my passions. I believe there are so many people to meet and places to see in this world. With my love for travel, cultures + languages, and fitness, I believe Fitness Pro Travel is an ideal fit for me.
