MELISSA RUIZ

I have worked within the healthcare field for over 20 years. I have a bachelors degree in applied science in Health Promotions and Health Care management as well as my Associates degree as a physical therapist assistant.  I am licensed in both Oregon and Arizona as a P.T. assistant. I have worked in various settings from acute hospital care to long term care in pediatrics to geriatrics.  With my background and training I have furthered it by becoming a fitness enthusiast and teaching various levels of fitness classes  in weight/strength training, balls/bands, step, cardio--hi/lo and my all time favorite is aqua fitness.  I have been doing this for over 16 years and absolutely love it!
