Lauren Stinespring

I am 25 years old and absolutely LOVE my job. My skill, trade, and craft are what I love, and am blessed to have come upon a passion for my career at a young age when I began my path. Another love is of travel, and I hope to travel and do what I love in the same breath. I studied at a state university 3 years to find out that the conventional educational system didnt fit for me. I worked 5years at Barnes and Noble Booksellers as a bookseller but mainly as a Barista in the cafe, eventually working into a Lead poition, which is also known as Assistant Manager position. As for body work; I was first trainied in Jin Shin Jyutsu accupressure on a whim of interest and quickly started practicing the different healing arts. Eventually getting trained as a 600+hr nationally licensed Massage Therapist. I have gone beyond the continuing education requirements out of pure joy of learning. After working at a massage and yoga studio, my great Love for practicing and teaching yoga blossomed and I have completed one training, and am in the process of an additional 200 hr level training. I have a great passion for learning, and an even greater passion for sharing and teaching what I know.
