I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 15 years in a variety of formats including: Zumba, Turbokick, Step Aerobics, Strength, Cycle, Yoga, Pilates and Aqua. I have taught in locales both nationally and abroad and oversaw the group fitness studio while in Cambridge, England. I have a true passion for health and fitness. I am ACE and AFAA Group Fitness Certified and have a Masters Degree in Education.
