Amy began teaching aquatic and land fitness classes as a hobby in 2005. Now, fitness is her main gig during her winter “off-season” from a summer passion of guiding hiking trips around North America. Over the years, she has added teaching yoga, pre/postnatal classes, personal training, team training and yoga therapy to the mix of services she provides. With a keen interest in understanding how the body functions best, Amy aims to help people live healthy, happy and pain-free lives.
