I was born in Michigan as I stated above and studied "dance" since I was four years old....I was in community productions and than had my own dancing school- and taught tap, ballet and modern jazz. I went to Stephen's College and was a dance major. I moved to Chicago and started teaching exercise at different places.....it actually was before "fitness clubs" became popular. I have a very good following and get 20 to 40 people in my "aqua" classes at TCA- Bannockburn Fitness Club. This past summer I was doing two classes a day and some personal training as well......I love people and truly want to help them prosper and become physically fit. I am sixty- three however, people never quess my age. I try and stay really fit and I am very interested in nuitrician . I had three stage lymphoma three years ago and I am back teaching all my classes and more. I feel that if you take care of yourselves and do the best you can- when things happen you will bounce back faster........I am true proof!!!
