Gerard Lauziere

I am a personal Trainer. I speak english and french fluently. I completed my bachelor's degree in Physed in 1983, and went on to represent Canada in international karate competitions till 1997. Then i became a coach for the Québec karate team and then the national team. For the last 9 years, i've been working at the carrefour Multisports in Laval as a personal trainer. It is the largest sports center in Canada. My wife is also a personal trainer and we are proud parents of four childrens: an 11 year old girl, a 8 year old boy an 22 month old twin girls.
