ALLYSON LARKIN

I am a yoga teacher specializing in Hatha yoga with a strong interest in Anusara yoga.  I have practiced yoga for many years and am trained in therapeutics, restorative and Yin traditions as well.   In my day job, I am a university instructor with a specialization in education in developing countries.  I love teaching yoga, meeting new people and talking about the possibilities of yoga with fitness.  I love teaching all ages and abilities of yoga and would welcome the opportunity to combine my life's passion with a holiday!

In addition to yoga, I am invovled in cycling and swimming and have completed several triathlons, marathons and distance swimming events.
